Default White smoke under load.

My setup is a 90 CRX Si, with B16a, dc4-1 header, gutted magnaflow cat, 2.25 thermal catback. PR3 chipped with BRE, running stock PR3 fuel and ignition maps, no knocksensor, no o2 sensors. Compression is 190-185-190-205. Not losing coolant or oil that I know of. Under WOT conditions my friend told me I have a "cloud" of white smoke coming out of the exhaust. How can I find out what this is and how to fix it? Could it be running no o2 sensors? I only have one bung and the PR3 doesnt like only one o2, it will studder.
