Sorry guys, I'm new to this forum and to Hondas in general. I just picked up an 86 CRX after dealing with my 69 VW bug for so long and was wondering if my 86 CRX is compatible with 88-91 CRX parts? ie...seats? Engine parts? If not, can I only deal with that year's parts? Can I use Civic parts?

If you're talking direct swap, without modding or fabbing then no, nothing from the 88-91's will fit. You can only use 84-87 civic/crx parts and 86-89 teg parts.
