i know very little about cars, but i want to know if its possible to take out the governer on my car (1994 stock, stick). i want to go as fast as i can with what i have, until i can afford to upgrade.

You drive an Accord, not a Ferrari F1 car, I don't think you need to be going faster than the 117 fuel cut off. Where were you planning on going that fast?

1) Horrible gas mileage
2) DIAF
3) I bet your tires aren't rated that high (does anyone even bother checking that?)
4) It won't make your car faster, the acceleration stays the same chief, it'll only take you half an hour to top out
