did you do a 3rd gear pull and turned the car off? Or did you just pull them out after you parked it? It won;t tell you anything if it is the latter of the two

a pull to redline would give you a better reading. There should be a small amount of soot on the very begining of the ground strap I believe, however I am not too experienced with reading plugs with the exception of what I have seen on the boards.
