What kind of cams are these?

I been searching to see what kind of cams i have but I am still confused. Is this a ITR intake ? and I dont know what is the other one... can someone please help me..

see the cam on the left - its got 2 small rings protruding from the lip near the distributor end.... yours is completely smooth

They're b16 cams.
