Default ***Ef hatch build thread*** slowly but surely

Hello. i have had this hatch for a while and would like to start a build thread. I had bought it already painted. Here are some pictures of it being painted. I Bought it pretty much stock except for escort wheels and generic intake.

During Paintjob

d16a6

interior is pretty clean except for the ripped up crx seat.

I got sick of the d16a6 pretty quick. So i picked up a y8 head, hg, timing belt, etc. and after i was done wheeling and dealing got the y8 head for free (bought full motor and parted everything but head) So then i got the old a6 head off, cleaned the nasty old composite head gasket reamains off, and put y8 head on.

I just sold those escort wheels for 60.00 to some ricer and picked up some clean *** crx si wheels with tires for 50.00. Ive also gotten very very sick of driving around with stock ride height, aka, the truck. so i bit the bullet and bought some real suspension for my hatch. I was going to go with ebay coilovers but that would be half assing it. So i picked up some kyb agx adjustable shocks and omnipower coilovers. Here are some before and after shots.

looks really good man! Loving the CRX wheels too.

Paint the moldings on the front and rear bumpers to match the door moldings and it will look a lot better.

So you just slap on the v-tec head, and wire up v-tec and your good to go?
I haveent done any single cams before, but I have a friend that is looking into it.

Looks great, keep up the good work. FYI, theree's a guy in Milwaukee selling near mint Si seats for $150, his user name is senpai. I'd buy them in a heartbeat if my front end didn't need work.

Car is still obd0. I just used a vtec controller. I have been told when vtec kicks in the motor will lean way out. I have been running it for months and does not run lean when vtec kicks in. I was going to convert to obd0 but I will be putting in different d series and some boost soon anyway. I will be boosting very soon. Any suggestions on certain parts i should be using when boostin an a6 or a zc sohc? My budget and build will be similair to tallkyle's build.
