Default VTEC controler....

ok guys. i am swaping a Z6 on my HB and using either a PM6 or a 88-89 teg ecu.... now, when it comes to activate vtec i have been thinking about the MSD RPM activated switch to activate vtec.... i have heard about the shift light thing and switch , but those are going to burn the vtec solenoid eventually....what other options are out there that are good and reliable and that wont burn my solenoid... more ideas the better .. thanx bro

why not just buy a real vtec controller??? Which will be good cuz it can adjust fuel too, which you will need where vtec activates!!
