Default CTR Cammed B16: JDM ITR Manifold or Aebs?

Friend of mine is selling me a bare jdm itr im for $50, but I have a chance to buy a AEBS manifold for $90.

JDM ITR: $50
AEBS (used): $90

What would be the beter buy?

I have a b16 with ctr cams right now/chrome p28

Both. Then dyno test them. I'm partial to the AEBS, as I have one.

Professional Products (AEBS) Manifold has a Larger plenum, but the casting is a little rough. Just matchport the AEBS and you will make more power than the R manifold.

With the limited mods you have, I would stay with the B16 IM for now. Yeah, you'll gain a few peak HP with the AEBS or the ITR, but you're going to lose a lot of midrange, and god knows those B16's need it. If you go with some more aggressive mods the better flowing IM (either of them) will be beneficial, but until then I think it'll hurt more than help.

for your setup, i would keep the stock b16 im on it, the r and the aebs will only yeild better gain w/ better head and bigger cams. unless u willing to sacrifice bunch of low end for a little bit of high end.
