which exhaust do you allmotor guys running on your street car?...im not looking for a ricey one...and no open header is not a choice...i got couple in mind but wants more choice...

 

T1-R or Spoon N-1, have both and I love em

 

Im sure a few are running buddyclub spec 2.

How do those sound? Are they as loud as the spec 2?

 

I run a ES Oval polished one....sounds nice and semi stock looking.

You should look into the es oval...Or a Magnaflow, i believe they make one that is very similar to the ES style one...Wont go wrong and it flows very good. Last time i was the the dyno we did it open header then put the piping on (2 1/2 no cat) and it only lost like 1 whp up top i believe?, mid was the same...Hope whatever you choose works well for ya bud -- alex

 

I'm running the Buddy Club Spec 2. With the silencer its not that bad, I also have a 2.5inch test pipe. When you take that silencer out even with 1.6L oh man its like a banshee @ WOT.

They sound incredible, I've never heard an exhaust sound as clean as those two. I have personally never heard a Buddy Club in person though, I've never been a fan of the way they look and they always kinda seemed cheap to me.

 

SMSP stright pipe,kteller stainless bpipe,magnaflow resonator,mugen muffler (2.5) all the way through. (Quiet as Hell)

I think the T1R is one of the best. They are offered in both 63mm and 70mm.

Sounds great as well.

 

home made 3" piping (made from U bends) to a Magnaflow 3'' in 3'' out muffler. it sounds AWESOME. i love it.

 

I personally like the 2.5" kteller pipping with magnaflow resonator with the magnaflow muffler painted black..

thats what I have on my coupe

looks good. sounds better

 

edit: damn the buddy club spec 2 is loud as fawk..

ive had 2.5 custom and now have the T1R catback + T1R test pipe and I love how it has 0% raspiness, sounds awesome specially on a built motor . But I hate hate hate the fitment on my car, I had to bend hangers and such, now fixed though.

 

spoon n-1 all day love the sound....a little noisy but well worth it
