DC5R engine <800km, owner spun the car out backwards into a light pole. The engine is already destined for a project car of theirs, so it is [n]not available[/b].

Hmm, that intake manifold looks similar to a GSR intake.

I was too busy congering up mental plans for a B18CR or H22 powered dunebuggy!

Austin, When we were there - what was that guy saying about the 2 part oil pan?

It has a 2 part oil pan...looks like there is a girdle integrated into the oil pan, similar to the high $$$ sp00n oil pan, if you take a look at the pics in the album I've taken some that show the oil pan area in fair detail.
