is there suppose to be something on the bottom of the fornt shocks?

I have skunk2 coilover on gsr shocks.

thee a paddin on the top but nothing on the botton its metal to metal contact

i dotn have the top metal peice.
and the inner cylinder is literally touching the whatever the shock srews into.

what can i do about the top peice of metal thats missing?

and how much is the car suppose to bounce?

mine just rebound and thats it.
stock gsr shocks.

but the part you adjust is touchin the bottom of the car.

meanin there is no shiny metal part or black booth thing
