AIR/FUEL question

Default AIR/FUEL question

I just got a autometer air/fuel guage it seems to work ok! but just have some question when im at idle its about 4 led's in rich and if i just rev it a little it moves back towards lean, is this normal another question is that when I just coast like slowing donw in gear but not on the gas its 100% lean wtf................worries me am I ok

It's supposed to be 100% lean on deceleration.

Modern ECU's usually cut off fuel on deceleration when the TPS is closed and engine speed is say greater than 1200 rpms.

That's why you can't set your idle rpm too high or the engine will cycle through this deceleration mode and your engine will be "throttling".
