Default main relay vibrating, no fuel pump prime, no start

I've spent the last couple of days in my garage installing a new clutch and flywheel. Put everything back together and car wouldnt start. Immediately noticed the fuel pump wasnt priming. Also heard a weird noise from under the dash. It was coming from the main relay, think of the static sound ur speakers make when u are about to receive a phone call. When i touched it i noticed it was vibrating, the way a phone would. I swapped the relay for a different one and still nothing.

Any idea how installing a clutch gave me this problem? I'm freakin out cuz i have no ride to work tomorrow!

Installing a clutch and flywheel should not have any effect on the "PGM-FI Main Relay", a "buzzing" relay indicates a bad relay, poor ground or poor power.

You have an IM. 94

Sorry not sure on a lude but on my 94 LS and every other Honda/Acura I can think of it is on top of the tranny, [close to the motor] on my 94 it is bolted to a bracket that is bolted to the top of the tranny, the bracket also holds a plastic "clip" that holds one of the rad hoses.
