Which should I S/C ? B20 or B18??

Which should I S/C ? B20 or B18??
I want to S/C my teg, but I dont know which motor I should use...... My goal is more then 170hp and Tq....
Plus I have a LS head with crower 403's (the all motor ones) and Crower Valvetrain, would that head work on the B20, and is that a good set up for S/C'ing???
So b18b or B20b.....
