I have these on my sol with KYB agx shocks. They are fairly stiff, but not bouncy at all. When I first aquired my current car(in a trade for my old hatch) I was skeptical and really wanted my old suspension setup(tein tech s and tokico blues) after the test rides I knew the setup on the sol would be fine(quite a bit stiffer, but no bounce). The only experience I had ever had with the sleeve-over coilovers was way back when I first aquired my hatch....the ride sucked and the driver side front would lower on it's own about 1/4" per week till it couldn't lower itself anymore(they were chap APC coiovers on blown stock shocks...not a nice ride at all.) However my current setup has changed my opinion of sleeveovers for the better. all in all I like them a lot.
