yes they're real and $1500 is about normal retail for those wheels if they're 16's.

Real for sure, Rotas could never look that good (along with a number of other reasons)

I'd try to go a little lower than $1500 considering the brand of tires on em, though!

those general tires are actually pretty good for what they are and for how much they cost....mind you, they are definitely not racing tires, but for daily driving, wet or dry, they're pretty good..
