so i drive an 04 wrx (for sale by the way) when tonight me and my buddy who drives a type R hatch(interior,jdm b18 c, intake w/ velocity stack) anyways im following him out to a hangout place and he almost stops right dead stop on the road, i pull up and look hes on the phone(hes just not paying attention so i thought) and im still in first gun it to get ahead of him and all of a sudden i hear that 9500K rev comin behind me so i quickly drop( 1st to 4th gear) and pull right back behind him to pull in the parking lot(why he gunned it i dont know i already know he fast) but he pulls out and turns left and all of a sudden i see the blue lights stop the car and away goes the type R hatch , cop rights me a ticket for wreckless driving and racing another vehicle WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i told him and he said i heard your engines revving( my car is stock not very loud at all believe me) i told him the dude had a b18c motor and there was no way he could have heard mine if i was at the rev limiter what do you all think just a pissed off cop or a reasonable ticket

your lucky u dont live in ontario, here if your caught for that **** ur car gets demolished and u may get jail time :I

I got a ticket for "reving" or unessecary noise as he liked to call it and my R was stock as well. i beat the ticket without even going to court but i dont know how ur gonna get out of the fact he said u were street racing

1. Your not getting out of if because the cop saw you and your friend "gun it".

2. Your "friend" should have stopped to explain he was just catching up to you or some BS, not leave it on you.

3. What does this have to do with ITRs.
