Default help del sol cam problems

ok heres the run down i bought a new head and block 15b7. i set the crank at top dead center on the #1 piston when i set the cam to TDC the rotor button on the distrubitor dont line up to where the number one wire is supposed to go. i can get the car to crank and idle but there is a serious lack of power and it stutters unless its idleing? i thought it would be an easy fix but my distrubiter only goes on one way. i have set the timeing like 15 times just to make sure it wasnt off. all my vacum lines triple checked there right getting fuel through each injector. checked plugs and wires all good. any suggestions why my cam and distrubitor dont line up properly im stumbed. please send me a email with any info that might help please!!!!!!! im on line im me

ok dude, rip your **** apart again and set your crank to tdc. then put the timing belt on and route it. then pop your cam in there and line everything up so that your rotor is set at #1 firing location. then you dizzy should slide in and click into the intake cam. done deal.
