Vtec not workign after cams are in

I just got my skunk 2 pro series 1 cams in and it feels like my vtec just doenst hit. I hear it open up but the rpms dont move. Does anyone have any idea maybe i need to get it rretuned or soemthing

could it be because it is running to rich when it hits vtec...they did a basic street tune with my apexi neo
