Default another fog light question.....sorry

So after about 2 years with a JDM front, I think it's time to wire the fog lights. It is all set really, just need to buy a bulb and plug it in and wire a little bit. I want to do it right, so it is nice and clean and works correctly. I've seen all the drawings and what not, but as it turns out, I'm unable to relate the drawings to what I have in my engine bay. I'll explain with some pix....

This thing is connected to a blue wire, which leads to the bulb. What is this thing?

How do I connect it to anything? It looks like one side of a plug, obviously.

2nd, where in the fuse box do I connect this all too? What amp fuse is needed?

I know how to physically wire this stuff, but its the where to I have a porblem with. I've searched and viewed all kinds of info about wiring the fogs, but in that I've searched myself retarted and managned to confuse myself completely.

Thanks for the help.

A lot of us have done it with the threads that are available on this forum. If you can't figure them out then you should really take it to a shop. There's only so much explaining we can do.
