Default B18C in EG build help

i was reading through a post where some guys are placing PCT pistons in B16 and B18 blocks. i used the c-speed calculator and got a 12.0:1 CR using a B18c block and b18c head. i want to know it i will have clearence issues. i would like to use Skunk 2 pro 2 cams with proberly Crower or skunk 2 valve springs and retainers. will my valves be slapping the pistons using the PCT pistons with stock deck height, and OEM head gasket and OEM head ( no milling) .

my next question is about brakes. I knew sometime ago where people were using the standard rear trailing arms and replacing the drum with a spacer, disc and the caliper. and have a rear disc setup. anyone have any info, How-to, or info on doin this kind of swap?

I am askin this since i have teg disc, and lude calipers easily accessable and would just swap on where necessary . so any info would be greatful.
