Worth it to switch from Blox B cams to Skunk Pro 1 or Pro 2 cams?
Heres my setup
2000 jdm b18cr (11.8 Compression)
-injen 3" CAI
-STR 70mm TB
-ported, welded & reworked ITR IM
-hondata IM gasket
-ported and milled(.030) head
-Blox B cams
-S2 cam gears
-Rocket S + R
-Spoon HG
-ProFab Header 4-2-1 Tri-y
-B&M FPR
-Hondata
-Warlboro 255l intank pump
Rev limiter at 9500 rpm. Made 220whp/145 tq on a dynojet. Since Skunk is offering a trade in program on cams, would it make more power from the Skunk Pro 1 or 2 over my Blox B's? This is my daily driver so a good idle is a must.

Leave it alone, what do you expect to get by changing??? few hp?
If you need more power then 220whp, just go turbo or buy Corvette...

i dont know what the deal is now with skunk's but.. if it's for free.. i'd give it a try.. but i'm sure your car's already tuned for your cam setup.. so if you do switch over to skunk cams for cheap.. you still need to retune your car?
so. more money there? hmmm
220 whp is not bad. i'd just keep it

Well skunk2 is offering $300 in credit for any used aftermarket cams including CTRs, ITRs, and Type S toward a purchase of their Pro series cams or $375 toward any other skunk products. Go to their website for details.
But I guess i will probably keep the blox b's. But I'm still looking for more power from my setup. I am still running stock injectors with fuel pressure at about 66psi and gas milage is pretty shitty. Will RC 310's make more power w/o having such high fuel pressure? What else can i do to get more power besides going into the bottom end? I've already orderd a BPI velocity stack w/ filter. Maybe a different header? What header will give me more power? DTR's? RMF narrow? SMSP? I know the ProFab header I got right now is pretty damn good. Made 10whp over my old JDM 4-1's w/o additional tuning.

The Pro1 will offer relatively the same topend as the Blox B, but will make better midrange power.
The Pro2 would be my choice. It will make more power everywhere compared to the Blox B. Make sure you tune the gears on the Pro2's though, the centerlines aren't exact, start with +4,+2 and tune from there.
If you want to make more power with a better header, the DTR (SSR) Street Sweaper is the best unit on the market as of today.

Really? Better than RMF 4-1 narrow? Any dyno results on that? I'm curious to see the differences.
