crank pulley power?

i picked up an unorthadox lightweight crank pulley and plan on installing it soon. i was just curious that upon installing it, would i see a gain in hi or low end hp / tq ? anyone know? thanks a bunch.

Personally, I don't use pullies without dampners. Not worth it unless its an all out drag motor IMHO.
