i have a problem with my msd...i put mine on, i have a msd 6al box, blaster coil, distirbutor cap and rotor. I removed the old coil because the MSD distirbutor cap wouldn't fit. I hooked up the blaster coil to the distirbutor cap and then the spark plug wires. After hooking up all the wirers my car wouldnt start. I put my stock coil an distirbutor cap back on and it started with the msd box hooked up the to stock coil. The thing is that i used a 95 accord distirbutor cap on a 91 accord..could that be the problem? because it fitted perfectly?

Was the distribuitor cap meant to fit EX models? As far as I know, the only "modified cap" from MSD was only perfect fit for EX models, that means, LX, DX and SE were a different story.

 

I used a 92-96 prelude dist cap on mine and it worked perfect dont no bout the 95 accord one try calling kragen and compare part numbers if theyh are the same then it must be the wiring

 

when i was ordering he never asked me if it was ex or lx,
but the cap fited perfect but i HAD to take the stock coil out to put the msd cap
on or the cap wouldnt fit. so i dont know, what you think?

 

did you perhaps not hool up all three wires to the ignition coil
