Default things to be weary of when buying a used turbo kit?

tried searching no real results.

so i have a chance to get this turbo kit

HF manifold & adapter plate, dsm t25 turbo, 2.5" mandrel bent charge piping/w couplings and clamps, front mount intercooler, greddy type rs blow off valve, chipped p28 ecu, dsm 450cc injectors, complete oil and water line kits with all fittings, fuel pressure guage with fittings, autometer pro-comp ultra-lite boost guage.

out of all that is there be something that i should be looking for when i go check out the kit? it will still be on the vehicle though....... the guy is asking for 1200CAD for all of it, is it a good deal or not?

any help would be great!

ya ill definitely look out for shaft play. from what ive read a little up and down play is ok, but side to side is no good? also if it touches anywhere thats bad too, someone correct me if im wrong.

guy told me there is 15k on all the components except the injectors, manifold and the t25 which he got used.

anything else i should be lookin for?
