Clutch bearing question.. pretty simple

Clutch bearing question.. pretty simple
Could a worn throw out bearing, or a clutch bearing ( same thing ) stop or make it hard for it to go into gear. Would it also make noises when it is fully depressed onto the pressure plate fingers?
