Fuel relay Help PLEASE!!!!
ok i got this 91 crx hf off my buddy and it ran good and now doesnt run.... likes its not getting any fuel....motor is good.... has new plugs and injectors are good...
i think he sprayed starting fluid in the TB and it kicked over
could this be the fuel pump relay or the mail relay?
is this what i need....? Pic below... someone said i would need this if my cars not cranking over...and where is the relay located at

this is the main relay. IF its not cranking over at all, than this might be your best bet. I would say that its most likely nothing like, fuel pump itself, or wiring (unless you have bad luck like me) ^_-
YOu can try fixing your Main Relay if you can solder with a soldering iron.
1. Is the carn turning over at all
2. Do you hear clicking of any sort
3. IS your battery dead and/or does the car start if you jump it?
4. Was anything in the engine tampered with ... like Ground Wires at all??...
The Main Relay controls your fuel pump, so if its bad your not going to be hearing the pump prime. The soldered contacts on the board inside that thing, might be dry/cracked or the overheated + cracked from teh summer??.. anyway.
If your looking at your coin tray, its behind it on the left against the wall. Its either a 10mm bolt or 12 i forget. A little bit of a bitch to get out, but not the hardest thing.
its always a bitch when you want something to run quick... but your best bet is to test things first, before you spend money on parts that aren't the problem. Unless you have $ to throw away ^_-

or just disconnect the fuel return line. Its right near your Break booster. turn key on. That'll let ya konw if ya got fuel. I always disconnect my fuel line their when i need to mow the grass and the mower's out of fuel.
