Okay, I've searched and found nothing on the questions I'm about to ask, so yeah. I currently have an auto to stick conversion for an EG. I have done quite a few auto to stick conversions and they were converted with parts from manual vehicles of the same type. What I need to know is if the pedal assembly from the EG will fit my 97 hatch??? I think the hardline from the clutch master cylinder to the slave is a little different, (feel free to correct me if i'm wrong), and I think the slave assembly itself is different. I have the tranny from an EG. I know that the tranny will bolt up to the stock motor, but is there any goods or bads about using an EG tranny on a newer 96-2000 civic D-series motor? It would be a lot easier for me if I were to just buy the stuff off of a 96-2000 civic, but I'm strapped for cash and I'm on a tight budget at the moment. It's only a DD, so I don't want to spend too much money on it. Any feedback would be appreciated. Negative comments will try to be ignored. Thanks in advance...

oh yeah, BTW... I already have the tranny mounts on order for the 96-2000 civic, so yeah, that's one thing I knew I was going to need.

does anyone know if any of the parts can be used other than the tranny?
Everything will work EXCEPT, the auto to manual trans mounts thats needed for 92-95 (you need a 96-00 top tranny mount), and the clutch hardline (there different on 92-95 and 96-00, easy fix with a straight SS line). Everything else is a direct bolt on.
