Now i have to go to a state referee i have a 94 cx with a d15b.. what problems should i expect to run into? i have dc carb leagl headers and a cheap intake.. cops in so cal suck ***.. pulled me over for my ****** "i love jdm" sticker and no front lic. plate.. anyone else had this problem before? what happened?

 

Why the hell would you get pulled over for a sticker??? thats f-ed up..

 

Cops are d!cks like that. My mom used to work for AAA. You can't have anything on your license plate what so ever. Marker marks(sharpie) and stickers will get you rolled. Just another easy way for a cop to pull you over and bust you for other crap.

put on your front lic. plate. seriously i dont know why people remove it and call cops dicks when they get a ticket for it.

if the sticker is on a part of your window that obsructs your view, remove it. otherwise just leave it.

as for the smog inspection, get your stock intake back on or buy a carb legal one.

and i hope your motor is BAR'd or stock, if its not, youre screwed.

 

I got a ref ticket a long time ago for my cheap intake cuz it didn't have a CARB number on it. I originally got popped for no front plate and speeding. The cop decided that I had to pop my hood, so yeah. The car couldn't pass smog due to mods that I had done to the single slam, so I just paid the fine. At the time it was a little over a $200 fine. not sure how much they're worth anymore...

 

Fu-- cops. They should pull over those stupied diesel truck they are the ones who pollute the air. What about those corperate companys who also pollute our air. Big brother always has to pick on the small people. Its funny because i pay there salary, and what do they do just give out tickets. Sometimes, I think there against me, not with me. ROFLMAO. it is funny to see so many people on here say F-the police and how much they are azzholes, but when your shift gets jacked OH how fast you call on them to find your shift.

2. put your stock motor back in

Diesel burns cleaner than our gas burns because it doesn't have all the added chemicals.......

actually it has less hydrocarbons than does gasonline when burned the black soot you see coming from diesels is actually because they dont need catylitic converters or smog equipment since the are smog exempt. also that black smoke is denser than oxygen so as far as damaging our o-zone layer they hurt the least, and when it comes to that thick cloud of smog over la, thats gasoline cars fault. environmentally friendly? it totally is.

now why diesel engines rock. diesel engines excel in torque. diesel engines are simpler than thier gasoline counterparts. until recently diesel fuel did not have a fast enough burn rate to actually produce decent horsepower. until now with the use of turbo's etc diesels can obtain 200+hp and still get 35mpg

but i drive a civic because its fun in its own right
