Any sweet AC equipped builds?
Hey everyone, my last car got T-Boned and I picked up an Integra. After driving in the heat so long, AC was nice to have for a change. Anyone here with a kickass all motor setup w/ AC?
I was planning on building a mild lsvtec, and aim to net a sub-14.

as long as you don't care about an extra 30-40lbs in the car, AC isn't really a parasitic device (until you turn it on). When idling (off), we're talking microscopic drain on the crank.
Therefore, while there are few guys running it, the only reason is prolly laziness and/or weight (mostly the latter for most).
I am keeping it on my SOHC build, as it's my daily driver and I'm not crazy like some of these people around here - used to have it off, never again. NC is too darned hot/humid. I can't imagine how some of ya'll live in the west with 100+ degree temps and no a/c.

Hows the tri-y clearance, I was looking at pics and it lookd rather close. The picture I saw the ac compressor wasnt mounted, but it looked close to the mounting holes. Mustve been the picture.
a/c clearance is fine. bottom clearance is cutting close. its hanging quite lower than the oil pan. so...ground clearance if you drop your car too low it might be a problem.
