Hey Guys,

Been searching forever to no avail.

I have a b16a1 block, b18c1 head, and I'm about to get a b18c5 OEM gasket kit for 97-98, 00-01 TypeR. Now I know the HG and IM gaskets are interchangeable between b-series, however, the kit comes with a lot of things:

# Cylinder Head gasket
# Intake manifold gasket
# Exhaust manifold gasket
# 8 Valve cover grommets
# Valve cover gasket
# 4 Spark plug tube seals
# Cam plug
# 2 Cam seals
# Distributor O-ring seal
# 8 Intake valve stem seals
# 8 Exhaust valve stem seals
# Intake & Exhaust orifice O-rings
# 2 Engine Exhaust "A" pipe gaskets

Are all of these things interchangeable between b-series? Will they work with my setup?

only thing that is not interchangable there is the intake mani gasket. You have a gsr head which uses a completely different gasket. All other parts are the same.

Runnerdown, sweet thanx for the heads up, yea I confused the interchangeability between B16 and B18C5... I'm getting an Outlaw Engineering Thermobloc kit anyways, and it'll be for a C1 so I'll be using that IM gasket and TB gasket... Thanks!!

Anyone else care to confirm?

Confirmed. Some kits have the gaskets for both.
