Default '92 Integra LS sedan front seat belts swap from US to Canadian spec. Is this possible?

I recently purchased this pristine '92 Integra LS sedan (64 kmiles always garaged) and I really love it. The only flaw I've found is the mandatory motorized seat belts which I really hate and consider unsafe. I know the Canadian spec had true three point seat belts. Cant they be retrofitted? Has anybody done that?

It would be interesting to know if the mounting holes on the B pillar are under the cover panel and also at the bottom of the pillar.

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Cheers,

Franasia
