clutch slipping ????

clutch slipping ????
i have a type r motor with jdm header,intake,pnp head,ctr cams,light flywheel
i bought a ebay clutch wuth a flywheel deal stage 2 but my pedal feels so soft never felt this soft before but it grabs the clutch but i have to completly let go of the pedal. i took it off today to change it felt like it was grabing my power all the way the flywheel n disc were glazed like the pressrue plate wasnt grabbing the disk. i resurface the flywheel n kepted the disc n now i put a stage 3 pressure plate form act to have more grabibing force will this help the problem out lmk
