Wing or wingless? Kills the orginal style?
I just got my R a few days ago. As i was driving it, i realize the wing is blocking a straight line of cars behind me on a 3 lane free way, i was getting kinda worry when i switch lane. At the same time, i know i should use my side mirrors and turn my head but it would be safer if i go wingless. I understand it will kill the style of R, but what would you prefer? Anyone that's already got a wingless and disagree with me?

That's if you only care about looks and don't ever plan on tracking the car. I wouldn't even bother buying an ITR if that's the case, but that's another story.
If you plan to drive your ITR to the limit, keep the wing. If you just want to drive around on the street, go ahead and remove it.

I noticed the same thing so I took mine off and got a Mugen one instead. that took care of that problem
Now i have the choice of switching back and forth

Agreed. I rolled around wingless for a few weeks. I felt naked

just get accustomed to driving your new car. every car you drive will have its own characteristics that you gotta learn...does this mean then you cant drive a car if you dont see the rear at all thru the back windsheild? how about delivery trucks or uhauls? just learn the blind-spots for the R just like you would for any other car you drive. unless of course deep-down you want to justify the wingless look, then if so, just admit it and take it off.
I think the wing hides headlights from blinding you at night perfectly....

IMO, *all* Integras look funky without a wing, whether it be GS-R styles or Hype R goodness. Leaves the *** end unfinished-looking to me.
And you'll get used to the wing. All you have to do is dip your head a bit for the rearview check. Plus, like Junior said, it blocks headlight glare at night.

I'd keep the wing. You can take it off on the day you dont like it, and slap it back on the days you want it. A good way to keep the car fresh looking.
, you picked up Rons car! I test drove that car back in May. How much did you end up paying?I have driven my car wingless and the visibility is much better. I also think it looks better wingless if you have a JDM front, which you do.
If you do decide to take the wing off, I recommend shaving the holes because it looks bad with the holes there or covered up.

had the same thoughts when i first got mine as well. my other integra is a RS and wingless, love it! its just really hard to touch a R like that. i think for DD i might buy some plugs, when i track it, throw it back on
