anyone know what the wheel horsepower is on a 92 accord ex sedan with an f22a6 in it?

 

that could only be found out by placing YOUR car on a dyno...every car is different

 

well if i remember i think they may be 130~ at the fly? then that would be 104 to the ground

 

110 to the ground stock

 

All 92 EX's have F22A6's in them.

 

Yes, any engine can vary as much as 10 bhp.

I remember a few years ago, Ford mis-rated some of the 4.6 liter engines because they dynoed the engine apart from the chasis (which we all know measures crank hp) but without using the full exhaust. So after some people made baseline runs with their Mustangs, they noticed a lot more than a 15% driveline loss. They sued, and Ford was forced to re-rate the engine.

 

The 92/93 (F22A6) was 140bhp. The 90/91 (F22A4) was 130.
