Up for sale is my 1992 EG HB DX model. I am going to be as honest as I can to you so theres no suprises if someone comes to look at it. Car itself only has about 111,xxx Miles on and the motor only has about 85,000 on it.


Exterior-Condition=Fair <U></U>
Most of the car is red in color, where the previous owner tried to bondo one part and repaint looks like it was just a spray can from walmart or something, other side has bondo on it to. And rust in the rear quarter panels(like a lot of hondas) The back bumber definately needs to be sanded and primered than repainted or you could just get a different one I suppose. The hood is primiered black and the front bumper has been sanded somewhat and painted a light gray primer color. The drivers side door is a different color red because it was taken off a different HB that had a power window and only that side has the power window. Passenger side is pretty much the worst when it comes to body damage. Drivers side has a little rear quarter rust and thats pretty much it.

Interior-Condition=Decent-good <U></U>

The interior is a black/gray color, carpets arent ripped up, the 2 front seats I believe are seats from a GSR. The sony CD player thats in the pictures will remain in the car unless the buyer doesnt want or need it. The only thing really wrong with the interior is one of the vents was broken by the previous owner and the on the passenger side. But it still blows heat out. As you see in the pictures there is a couple of toggle switches, one is for the cd player because the previous owner fried the part of the harness that allows the cd player to turn on when the car does and what not, the other one above it used to go to the tacometer but there isnt one in the car anymore. Also has ebay style short shifter.

Engine-Condition=Good <U></U>

Engine is in good shape. Only has about 85,000 miles on bottom end/tranny and about 70,000 on the Z6 Head. The previous owner decided to do a mini me swap on this car so the bottom end is just a stock D15B7 motor. It has a stock DX tranny But the clutch was replaced with a SPEC stage 2 kit. And the head is a stock D16Z6. It has NGK BKR7E plugs and 8.5 or 8.0 I think Performance plug wires. As far as I can tell the car burns NO oil or Leaks anything. The only thing I know for sure is wrong with it is the car has no P28 ECU. So VTEC doesnt kick in when its supposed to. Everything is wired up, just needs the ECU. I dont know why the previous owner didnt buy one but the car still starts and drives no problem.


PROS:
Great project car!

Front pads were replaced under 500 miles ago, back wheel bearing and drums were replaced less than 3000 miles ago.

Thermostat replaced less than 1000 miles ago.

Water pump replaced less that 3000 miles ago.

Low miles on motor!

Oil changed every 2500-3000 miles, will be changed again this friday!

CONS:
Rust/needs body work

Has no A/C, but does have heat.

Front windshield could use a replacement due to mirror busting off and being glued back on.

Needs p28 ECU to run the best it can

The price im asking is 1500 obo! Just so everyone knows where im coming from on my price is I got the same amount for my Rolling chassis just about a month ago, so I think this thing is worth just as much with the motor there. Im also willing to trade if someone wants to trade.
