quick question bout clutches

Default quick question bout clutches

hi. i've got a crx with a d15b7 (94 civic motor) and a crx si tranny. people at the parts stores keep telling me differt about which clutch i should buy.


so my question is : should i buy the clutch for the engine or for the transmission

My opinion is to get one for the Transmission.

the input shaft from the transmission goes into the clutch..

order your clutch by the transmission if you can..

take your flywheel with you so you know the pressure plate mounts up correctly..

have fun...

should all be the same any how.
