car is a EM1 with LS/VTEC, fully built and turbo.

Car was running fine, no problems. Parked the car at home, turned it off, and the next day my friend tried to start it and it wouldn't start.

We tried a new ECU, new hondata, new dizzy. The car does not get spark still.

Anyone have any idea as to what we can try next?

this would be odd since its a new car but check your main relay. turn the key to the acc and you hear a click and the CEL goes on and you hear ur fuel pump prime. then it clciks again and CEL goes away and fuel pump stops priming. if that dont ahppen ur main relay is screwed. theres threads in here on how to fix them too just search for them
