Civic Hatch Release

My trunk release doesn't work on my car. my hatch only opens when i use the key.

how can i fix this problem?

make sure it's not locked by the release lever
if that's not it...try tracing the release cable from the lever through the car to the hatch to make sure it's not binding anywhere and to make sure it's connected at both ends

Yeah, this won't be fun. You may have to reconnect a split cable...

most likely your cable came loose at your hatch. It happened to me once when I took out my hatch for sth.

me too. its a real easy fix.
