I am experiencing a short circuit somewhere on my 89 crx si. Blue the horn fuse and horn did not work also the brake lights don't work. I replaced the fuse and then the brake lights stayed on. So i thought it may have been where i took my seat belt out w. the wires(i have harnesses installed) but i had that on for almost a month b4 this happened so if anyone has experienced this b4 please help me out. I know that I will prolly only be able to fix it if i go through the wires w. a multimeter, but any help would be very appreciated.
