I bought a 98 civic lx in boston and drove it to missouri. The idle went to crap, maybe due to a huge elevation change. I need to know how to adjust the idle. I know how to use the idle adjust screw on a si or vtec. I dont see one on the LX. Do I need to do it at a dealer with the computer?

It idles really low and then pulses up if it is gonna die. So it is really odd, it idles arround 250
