I want to change the rear tire hugger, tail, and under part of the bike satin black (only black i could find closest to flat black for plastic). As for how far i want to go up on the under side of the fairing, here's an idea:

no, just the highlighted part. i'm thinking of painting the tail and the bottom of the middle fairing.
