alright I cant find motor mounts for my 98 accord. I wanna do h22 or f20 swap but I cant find the mounts to do so. Is there a site to look at? I've tried ebay n hasport.
[edit] do I need new axles too?

nah man no v6 or f20c... thas an S2000 motor.

do I need new axles? cause I know in a d to a b swap you gotta get axles... [edit]

prelude axles will not fit right. use accord.

 

ok I decided to do the f20... do I jus go pull a driver's side mount outta prelude? or do I need to go find a mount for the f20? or are they the same? this is my 1st swap so Im really new at this. thanx for all the help slow man.

Hey can you tell me what all I need for this swap this is what I know I need for shure...

alright I got the

f20 long block
alternator
intake mani
exaust mani
fuel rail
injectors
distributor
engin harness
all the sensors

that's what it comes with off hmotorsonline.com
ok now I know I need

the ecu (can I use the p13 the prelude ecu?)
driver's side mount
misc... (like hoses n stuff..)

is there anything Im missing?
my tranny will bolt up so Im not getting another one yet..

am I gonna need a new throttle body or will my stock one work?

you may want to get tunable management. The fuel maps between H22 and F20b are a bit different, esp in vtec.

mounts will line up exactly the same as h22 swap.

Have fun with this motor... it will spin like no tomorrow. but you will miss the low end a bit, esp with your tranny.

IIRC stock tb will bolt up. ports will not match nicely though.

Hello, you should of ask hmotors for the driver side mount.
Everything you have is fine theirs not much differents.
for the rad hoses and other items you can use the stock motor.

Honestly i would of got the h22. if you are able to afford it. Either way youll make it work

thanx muchly guys umm since you said it's like swapping an h22... when I try hooking up my power steering n ac... would I use the h22 brackets then too? thanx for all the help n stuff it's much appriciated. this is prolly the last question.

 

thanx man... k quick question that wont answer... is possible to run 14's with a stock f20 with my chassis? Im shootin for 14's but 15's work too... n thanx for all the help.

is there a tutorial on this swap? i see swapsfo h22's in 4th n 5th gens here but I dunno if ne one's ever done a write up on this here yet or not.
