Has anyone ever seen it or have any information about it?
I saw it in a video and they designed it to lessen engine vibrations and give the bottom end the ability to rev higher.
I am not sure what valvesprings they are using, but they are reving the **** outta the B16

I saw it a few years ago when I was at Spoon, before Type-One opened so called down the street (which is not true - well maybe cuz I didn't know how to interpret the map, but neither did the locals
)
Anyhow, from what I recall, it was meant to showcase how well Spoon understood the B-series motors and recognized that this could be the piece to realize realiable operation well beyond the stock redline.
Unfortunately, you had to run their cast alum. oilpan as well and the price of such unit was about as much as a new longblock.
I guess it kinda makes sense, since if anybody dared revving an OEM setup like they did, they'd be replacing the entire motor too

The bottom end will probably survive, but your valvetrain might take a dump....
I'd upgrade the springs, retainers, hell maybe even valves if there is a lighter and stronger application....lighter conrods like crower's maxilites or cunningham Ti's if you're a baller is probably a good idea too
I imagine the block brace/oilpan of combo would work rather well with Toda VTEC Killer type cams....since idling those are usually around 1200-2000rpm (depending on your tuner I guess
) and eats into your useable powerband a little as a result.
