I have a d16y7 from at 98 civic dx. Engine was removed 2 years ago to do a swap and has been sitting in my garage ever since. It was in perfect running order when it was removed.

axels
shift linkage
ecu
no harness
distributor has been removed, but still have it
stored in my garage for 2 years, treated the cylinders with engine storing spay, still have the can, can look at it later
