Should be two screws on the outside of the driverside pillar. Take these out, take off the inside pillar panel, and follow it through.

Take a piece of string, tie it to the antenna. Then tie the other end to a friends car bumper, and have him drive as fast as possible in the other direction.

no the string will break, use some 12ga wire, or... unscrew the cap thing on the outside and start pulling on the antenna, make sure you disconnect your antenna from your stereo first, and then start pulling...

pull the 2 screws on the antenna itself...
pull the other end from the back of the radio...
undo the clips in between radio and said antenna....
pull the wire out from the antenna side on the roof

take the cut end of the ziptie and tightly wrap just the ziptie for about an inch or two then place the cut end of the antenna against the flat side of the ziptie and continue to tape it tightly over both........should slide right out with a little twistin
i use a dry silicon spray and spray the area where you just taped like crazy..u can shhot some down into the roofhole to give a little lube job lol
stuff kinda werx like wd40 but it is easier to clean...not as greasy but still slick
should come on out pretty easily but sumtimes you need to use a little "gentle persuasion"

That's about what it takes to get that bastard out. Mine was broken. and I tried to replace it. Damn cable was broken in the pillar somhow. I ended up saying fugg it and got a powered one I stuck under my dash. Works much better than the stock one.
