Headers
I'd try the sponsor forum, you can find good deals on parts in there. I bought an ITR 4-1 header replica for cheap in there, and used it for a long time. Worked great too.
So maybe hit up some of the sponsors...
Good luck.

Thats the one you need. It has both O2 sensors side by side at the top of the header where the sensors have to be hot enough to read correctly.
If you purchase a run of the mill ebay header, it will be obd1 style, and not place the sensors correctly.

The Hasport is a good option if your looking for great fitment, craftsmanship and easy installation. If you want power, look elsewhere. I have one now and will be upgrading to something better shortly.

Headers generally don't make any more than about 1 hp at the wheels for a 4-2-1 style and between 4-5 whp from a 4-1 style, but they have worse ground clearance.

There really aren't many options out there with 2 o2's. You can always add o2 bungs on other headers, I did that with a dc sports once. Best bang for the buck is probably a edelbrock header with a 2.5 collector mod. (Search in allmotor forum for info).
You can always get your ecu chipped to disable the 2nd O2. That would make things easier.

Wow...where the hell did you come up with those figures.
There are so many headers out there how can generalize them all with that statement. Awesome gains can be made with quality, properly engineered headers like SMSP, RMF, TODA, SSR, etc. Your average $100 ebay crap on the other hand...
