Well Hellmeroma has now been banned, so he isnt able to defend himself.

He was posting on both sites to get the highest offer. He says in this thread that he is taking "offers". Hes not trying to sell the same product in two places, hes just trying to get as much money for this product. He didnt at any time guarentee that this item was definately going to someone who gave an offer.

for jumping to conclusions.
for a genuine seller who just got banned.

I would like to see this get saughted properly.

 

You cant sell the same product in two places, I think that is not true. I see it all the time on here with egay, and no one has seemed to have a problem with it. Not trying to vouch for the guy, but I don't even see a response from him in this post.

i think you need to look at the facts a little closer. he said that it was his and he was testing waters and taking offers. if the lip was his why would it be on yahoo japan? his profile shows his location as wisconsin which is not in japan. why would someone from the US post JDM parts for sale in japan? makes no sense.

on his other post about the ssr's that he bought from "a guy down the street" for $250 but at the same exact time they were still up for auction on yahoo japan. this would be possible if there is another dood in wisconsin that sells his jdm wheels on yahoo japan and happens to live down the street from hellmeroma...but i doubt it.

if you want to starting getting critical, I never once said the lip in the pics was the actual pic, those pics were for reference only... my lip was silver, not black like the one in the pics, and it was sold, i can give you the buyer's name if needed to help clear this up

the wheels, since they're such a big deal, were bought by a buddy of mine who is living in japan for 28,000 yen, approximately $250... if you go back to the time i posted the purchase, you will see that it was before the japan auction started... the wheels WERE purchased by my buddy in japan, and he turned around and threw them on the auction... what's wrong with making some money off some guy who didn't know what he had... sorry i told everyone that i made the purchase, when it was actually a guy i know

just to make everything clear, i don't fukk people, i'm not a scammer, and i don't intend on being one... sorry i accidentally pissed off or misinformed any of you... thanks SP33 for attempting to clear my name

But it is my business if you post in a PUBLIC forum something you CLAIM to have for sale yet you are using PICTURES from yahoo japan saying you have it for sale...well big spender if you can pay enough to get a RHD civic here then I'm sure you can afford a ******* camera to testify that you actually have the lip in your position.
