i live in the UK and just brought a 1991 crx vtec (b16a (1?)).
i see everywhere that people have turbo'd them. how easy is this and what does it involve i.e. uprating water oil cooling, injectors, intercooler
im starting this wonderfull piece of engerneering as a a little project. i just need to know what im in for haha.

you need to first convert your car to obd1 (distributor, 4 wire o2 sensor, obd1 ecu,) you can use the stock injectors, or you can get DSM (mitsubishi eclipse) stock injectors they come rated at 440. you can use the same clips that are on the car already. then you need to research what turbo you want. you will more than likely need to invest in a half radiator set up (dodge neon 1995 with out ac works well) probaly will need a traction bar to make room for the down pipe. and the rest is the turbo stuff. its alot of work but well worth it.

Why does he need to do that to turbo the car? You can't turbo an OBD0?

no support for pr3 ecu and you can make a pm6 vtec, but far better tuning abilities with obd1
