Default wet sanding and buffing

Aalright. i just painted my car. and sprayed the clear coat. about 3-4 coats. i have a few runs and sum dust patricles in the clear. and also. i have spots where it looks glossier then other spots. i was wondering if wet sanding and buffing would get that out... and how do i do that. anyone know a place that could tell me? i mean. wat grit do i use. because right now. like my door. has a spot where it looks REALLY glossy. and then just a regular gloss spot. and it looks really weird. and i was just wondering if buffing and wet sanding would get that out. how much does a body shop usually charge for that?
